After graduating a semester early from high school in 2001, Kelli moved to North Carolina from Panther, WV.  She met her husband Charles while working for an investment firm in Winston-Salem and later moved to Greensboro to be closer to his children.

In 2003 she decided to go to school for Cosmetology but after only 3 weeks she realized that her talent was not in hair but in nail technology.  She quit cosmetology school to attend Henderson Nail Academy so that she would get the specialized training that she needed.

After working 3 years in a full service salon setting, Kelli went to work for a natural nail care clinic and was able to advance her knowledge and skills in natural nails.

"I love what I do. A lot of people can be very self-conscious and embarrassed about their nails so I educate them on how to take care of their nails and the correct products to keep their nails looking healthy and beautiful in between services" Kelli says.

In her spare time Kelli likes to read, listen to music, shop, spend time with her dogs Ace and Ashley, and play the X-box 360 or watch a movie with her husband and two step sons, CJ and Jonathan.

Kristy joined Balance Day Spa in June 2003, but has been a nail technician since 2000. Kristy's specialty is ingrown nails and making polish last. She is our Lead Nail Technician in the Greensboro Spa.
