Mindy is both a Massage Therapist and an Esthetician Balance.  She has been practicing Esthetics for four years, specializing in Microdermabrasion and chemical peels.  Her clients appreciate her "less is more" philosophy when it comes to skin care. Mindy has been practicing massage for almost a year at Balance, specializing in Deep Tissue, Swedish and Hot Stone massage. She is currently studying Thai Massage as well.

Rachel was born in Hartford, Connecticut; finished her elementary education in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts; and graduated from High School in Lynchburg, Virginia.  She received her Bachelor's degree in Business from Longwood University in Farmville, Virginia.   

After college Rachel started her career in the cosmetic industry in a management position with a well known retailer back in Lynchburg.  With the support of her family, Rachel eventually moved to Raleigh, North Carolina where she was able to seize the opportunity to realize her long time dream to become a licensed aesthetician.  Now licensed, she resides in Greensboro. 

Rachel demonstrated her talents at an early age by experimenting in her mother's kitchen creating beautiful soaps and scented candles which were given as gifts to friends and family.   

Rachel has a cultural heritage as a Native American; she is a member of the Comanche Tribe of Oklahoma.  This heritage is the inspiration for her passion for natural methods to enhance physical and spiritual health and well being.   

Rachel's primary professional goal is to provide each client with a unique experience, a sense of renewal, and excellent products with each treatment.  Rachel uses massage, essential oils, acupressure techniques, and natural products to provide stress relief and life enriching services that will enhance her clients' appearance and life style. 

Christine is a 2004 graduate of Soothing Arts School of Massage and Skin Care in Destin, Florida. While there she maintained a skin care business centered on natural skin care. Christine has also been an esthetician in resort spas in Florida and North Carolina. She enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family.

Joanna is a North Carolina licensed graduate of Leon's Beauty School with a certification in Microdermabrasion.  She enjoys providing facials, waxing, Microdermabrasion, and special event makeup.  In her free time she loves to watch movies, walk her 2 dogs, and kickbox.  Joanna is full time in the Greensboro location. 

Nathalia was born in Miami, Florida, raised in Columbia and is fluent in both Spanish and English.  She graduated from Leon's Beauty School in 2005 and she specializes in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, light therapie, waxing and make-up application.  Nathalia's goal each and every day is to make her clients look beautiful, become informed about proper skin care, feel relaxed and most importantly, be balanced in mind and body!
