I just want to say that I was very impressed with the customer service I recieved from the manager at the Greensboro location. It was about a month ago when I went to have a teeth whitening session, however the results were not to my liking, I was very unhappy with my results and left the spa feeling ''jipped.'' Needless to say, I left feedback on the website and about a week later to my surprise, I was contacted by a manager and offered to come in and have another session on the house as well a complimentary whitening pen! It was a great experience the second time, I was completely satisfied with my results and I just want to thank the manager ( whose name escapes me ) for such a rewarding experience.

I made an appointment for my Husband's first massage (after years of trying to get him to try-it-you'll love it).  On Thursday (9-25-08) he didn't have a choice anymore he was in such pain. He has a pinched lower back constant pain and it had been seriously more painful last week. He said Kim was the massage therapist but didn't know her last name. From reading "Meet the Staff" it sounds like it was probably Kim Stout. I say this because Larry (my Husband) said she gave him several examples of how he could stretch that nerve and release some of the pain. He thoroughly enjoyed it and I wanted to make sure Kim received the compliment.    I have been coming to Balance since it opened in 1996 and have never been dissatisfied.  Thank you for providing our community with a top notch facility and considerate staff.  I wish I could afford a massage every week.   Thanks Again for your Greensboro Spa's premier standing and more than courteous staff.
